RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At LINERA By Priyashi, we take pride in offering premium handloom linen sarees crafted with care and passion. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns:
  • Eligibility: We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the delicate nature of our handloom linen sarees, items that have been altered, washed, or used are not eligible for return.
  1. How to Initiate a Return:
  • Contact Us: Please contact us at linerabypriyashi@gmail.com or 9767273463 with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  • In case of defected sarees, we will refund whole amount after pickup of saree from your place.

But if there is any other reason of return, then we will give you a credit note of that money except Rs 200 of shipping so that you can buy another Saree. (For Eg- You bought a Saree worth Rs 2000 and you want to return it, then we shall provide a credit note of Rs 1800 to buy another saree)

3.Cancellation policy:

  • If you have placed an order and you want to cancel it, then email us at linerabypriyashi@gmail.com or Whatsapp at 9767273463 within 24 hours.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After processing for shipping, Cancellations may not be possible.

  • If you want to cancel prepaid order after shipping or when it is in transit, then you will get refund after deducting shipping charges from it.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Refunds will be processed to original account by 7 business days.
  • In case of defected products, we will refund whole amount by 7 working days.
  • In case off any other reason of return, no refund. Only credit note (minus shipping cost) will be provided.

Please note:

  • Handloom and handcrafted sarees may have unique irregularities, which are not defects but intrinsic to the craftsmanship.
  • Colors may have minor variation due to different screens and lighting. Please note that these are not a valid reason for cancellatioṇ
